Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Query Resolution: Customers ke orders, returns, aur shipping se mutaliq sawalat ka jawab dena.
Live Chat & Email: Shopify/WooCommerce dashboard aur email ke zariye rabta bahal rakhna.
Order Tracking: Customers ko unke parcel ki live location aur delivery updates dena.
Feedback Collection: Customers se reviews lena aur unki shikayataat ko hal karna.
Requirements
Excellent Urdu aur English communication skills (Written).
Zendesk, Freshdesk, ya LiveChat tools ki basic knowledge (Plus point).
Patience aur problem-solving mindset.
Salary, Benefits & Deadline
Monthly Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 PKR.
