Customer Support Manager (Remote – US/UK Shift)



Ecommerce ki duniya mein product kitni hi achi kyun na ho, agar customer service behtareen nahi hai, toh brand survive nahi kar sakta. Job Description & Responsibilities

Is role mein aap hamari front-line team ko lead karenge. Aap ki zimmedariyon mein shamil hoga:

  • Omnichannel Support: Email, Live Chat, aur Social Media (Facebook/Instagram) par customers ki queries ko handle karna.

  • Ticket Management: Zendesk ya Freshdesk jaise tools ka istemal karte hue queries ko categorize aur resolve karna.

  • Order Tracking: Customers ko unke orders, shipping status, aur refunds ke havale se up-to-date rakhna.

  • Problem Solving: Technical issues ya shipping delays ki surat mein fori aur asan hal nikalna.

  • Feedback Loop: Customers ke feedback ko collect karna aur product team tak pahunchana taake quality behtar ho sake.

Requirements

  • Communication: English bolne aur likhne mein mukammal aboor (Flawless English is a must).

  • Experience: Kam az kam 1-2 saal ka international customer support ka tajurba.

  • Technical Savvy: Zendesk, Shopify, aur Slack jaise tools ki basic samajh.

  • Empathy: Customers ki pareshani ko samajhne aur unhein thanda karne ki salahiyat.

  • Availability: Ye shift international hours (US/UK timings) ke mutabiq hogi, isliye night shift mein kaam karne ki flexibility zaroori hai.
