BISP New Registration 2026: Online Check Eligibility 8171 – Step by Step Guide
The Government of Pakistan has officially opened the new phase of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) for the year 2026. This program is designed to provide financial assistance to the deserving and underprivileged families across the country. If you haven't registered yet or want to check your current status, this guide is for you.
In this post, we will explain how to register for BISP, how to use the 8171 web portal, and the documents required for the Dynamic Survey.
1. What is BISP New Dynamic Survey 2026?
The BISP management has shifted from old registration methods to a "Dynamic Survey." This means that your data is updated in real-time at BISP Tehsil Offices.
Objective: To include new deserving families and remove those who are no longer eligible.
Target: Widows, disabled persons, and low-income families.
2. How to Check BISP Balance & Eligibility Online (8171)
You don't need to visit any office just to check your status. Follow these simple steps:
Visit the 8171 Web Portal: Open the official BISP site.
Enter CNIC: Type your 13-digit National Identity Card number.
Enter Captcha: Type the code shown in the image.
Check Result: The system will immediately show if you are eligible or if you need to visit the nearest survey center.
3. Registration Process at BISP Tehsil Offices
If the portal says "Record Not Found," you must follow these steps for new registration:
Step 1: Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Registration Center.
Step 2: Bring your Original CNIC and Children's B-Form.
Step 3: Provide your valid Mobile Number (registered on your CNIC).
Step 4: The staff will conduct a digital survey and ask about your monthly income and household assets.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171 after successful registration.
4. Monthly Stipend & Kafalat Program Benefits
Under the 2026 update, the government has increased the quarterly installment:
Kafalat Program: Rs. 10,500 per quarter.
Taleemi Wazaif: Extra stipend for school-going children (Primary to Higher Secondary).
Nashonuma Program: Special health and food support for pregnant women and infants.
5. Important Precautions (Beware of Scams)
Only 8171: Official messages only come from 8171. Any message from a random mobile number asking for money or codes is a SCAM.
No Fee: BISP registration is 100% Free. Do not pay anyone for the survey.
